Restoration is one of the Mardaya Shipyards specialities that can be offered in all the aspects of your vessel:
We restore any fibre part of any vessel that have been damaged, such as, bumps, scratches, holes or any accident damage. Sanded and polished of complete hulls remaining like new. Gel coat applications, hull colours changes…
Osmosis treatment: Prevention and repair. Once detected the problem, the hull is sandblasted to reach the healthy part in order to eradicate the problem and then the necessary products are apply in adequate quantities to finish with the application of the antifouling, leaving the vessel ready to be used with a hull in perfect conditions.
Woodwork: Renovation, redesign of interiors and restoration of all the wooden parts of your vessel, replacement of the wood in poor condition or damaged and manufacture the necessary parts to leave the vessel as the first day. We have the necessary equipment to apply spray paints and other techniques, in order to obtain the best result. We also offer you restoration of teak decking as well as line new parts where none existed before.
